Welcia-BHG is where you can get your Jap-beauty fix in Singapore!

Where’s a good place to shop for Japanese beauty products in Singapore? Yesterday, I spent a good one hour shopping at Welcia-BHG Takashimaya and was delighted to see so many items on sales.

Most of them were at 35% off with some at an even more attractive discount of 50%.

From now till 31 Oct, Welcia-BHG Takashimaya is having a roadshow where you can get free goodies or discount such as:

  • A free mystery makeup pouch that contains $50 worth of gifts when you spend $60
  • Free shopping if you manage to stop a timer at exactly 10 seconds

Check out my loots from Welcia-BHG

Here are the Japanese beauty products I got from Welcia. Guess how much these items cost?

Got these 9 Japanese products from Welcia Singapore

Only $100 for nine beauty items as most of them were on big discount. I’m really eager to try out these Japanese-made products from Je L’aime, Bioliss, Suncut and Cezanne

Now, make a guess which is the most expensive product in my loot? And which is the one I’m most curious to try.

They are actually pointing to the same product, i.e. Suncut Prodefense Whitening UV Sunscreen Essence. This sunscreen is pricier than other Suncut sunscreen I’ve tried and I’m eager to find out more about the extra edge or benefits it brings.

I’m also interested to test out Cezanne Mix Color Cheek N. So far, I’ve had great experience with Cezanne single-tone blusher and am hopeful that this would be a great blusher too. Let’s wait for testing to be done. :)

Did you notice that one-third of my loot is from Je l’aime? I normally rely on Tsubaki for my haircare needs. Let’s see if Je l’aime from Kose Cosmeport is as good as Tsubaki.

I’ll keep you folks updated!

Did you know? Welcia-BHG Singapore is a joint venture between Japanese retailer Welcia Holdings and Chinese retailer, Beijing Hualian Group. I also just learnt that Welcia is owned by Aeon. Oooh I see!

That’s all for this quick sharing. Remember to pop by Welcia-BCG if you happened to be in Orchard Road this October. The sales are legitimate (as at time of writing).

Happy shopping!
